Installing the Glorieuse constant-speed propeller on my TL-96 Star completely transformed the aircraft’s envelope. The full system is under 4 kg, which is remarkably light for an in-flight variable-pitch prop.
Takeoff distance is dramatically reduced, climbs are steep and effortless. The single-lever governor integration works seamlessly with the Rotax. This incredible efficiency—Glorieuse is worth every penny.

GLORIEUSE-3
Upgrading to the Glorieuse-3 on my TL-96 was the best decision for long-distance touring. Having full fine pitch for takeoff gives an astonishing climb performance, even fully loaded at max gross weight. Once leveled off, coarsening the pitch lets me cruise effortlessly at high speed while keeping fuel burn remarkably low. The lack of inertia due to its ultra-light carbon construction makes engine management super smooth. I am satisfied.

DURANDAL-3
I set the recommended pitch from E-Props on my Durandal for my TL-96 and got 5,500 RPM full throttle in level flight right away—perfect setup from day one. Total prop weight is only 2.5 kg, making engine throttle response instantaneous. Cruise speed jumped by almost 12 km/h without increasing fuel consumption thanks to the ESR effect. The cabin is noticeably quieter and smoother. Best customer support in the industry and a fantastic piece of engineering.

DURANDAL-3
After 80 hours of flying with the Durandal 3-blade on my TL-96, I am completely sold. The prop is so light that engine response is instant when adding power on short final. We noticed a clear gain of 8 knots in cruise at 5,000 RPM compared to our old 3-blade prop (the TL one), with a significantly lower noise level in the cockpit. The installation was straightforward, and the pitch adjustment system is very precise. A superb quality product that really unlocks the full potential of our TL-96.

DURANDAL-3
Replaced my old wood/composite prop with the Durandal 3-blade on my TL-96 Star, and the difference is night and day! First, the ultra-lightweight carbon structure completely eliminated engine vibrations, especially at startup and idle. On takeoff, the acceleration is much punchier—ground roll is shortened by nearly 40 meters, and the rate of climb increased by about 400 ft/min. In level cruise, I gained 7 knots at 5,200 RPM. The titanium leading edge gives complete confidence when flying through rain or dusty airfields. Highly recommended upgrade for any TL-96 owner!
