Ok I finally was able to test these propellers back to back all in the same morning on the same airplane. Here are the results.
All three are hydraulic constant speed, weights are with all accessories, including spinner, spacer and bolts, temperature is 90°F and density altitude was 4000 feet. Cruise testing was done at 5500 RPM and 40 inches of manifold pressure with stock Rotax 916iS.
- DUC three blade flash 4 Cobra 80in : weighed 24.5lbs, pulled 575lbs static thrust, 109mph cruise
- Catto three blade 82in : weighed 23.4lbs, pulled 695lbs static thrust, 109mph cruise
- E-Prop Glorieuse three blade C9 82.7in : weighed 9.4lbs, pulled 634lbs static thrust, 116mph ruise

The constant speed with Norden
Very nice and clear running,No vibration, the RPM always same. I tested up and down, max speed, max power, same RPM.
The performance is better az E-prop 4 bld fixed (also good prop).
Climbing and take off both props close same, but cruise speed is 15 km/h faster.
I fly 4800 RPM and 20 liter per hr 175 km/h....same speed 4 bld needs 24-25 liters per hr.
If can be constant bigger ( 200 cm), will stronger for stol plane
