I have finally finished the test on the 5 blade propeller for the Magni M16+ and M24+ gyros with Rotax 915iS engine.
I tried to do these tests rigorously. As you will see, with the E Props, you gain about 1 m/s in climb rate and about 100 engine revolutions at the same speed. But above all, as with the 6-blade E-Props, it's the enjoyment that I remember and obviously the lighter weight on the motor gearbox.

After more than 1500H of good and loyal services, change of propeller for my M16, with the new Excalibur 5 blades Titanium leading edge protection of E-Props instead of the 6 blades (in excellent condition despite everything).
Assembled by Thomas Gadaud GTAeroservices and first tests conclusive: thinner noise and nice thrust, impressive rate of climb, fast cruise with less engine speed!

This morning, test E Props Excalibur 4-blade propeller on Magni M16 gyrocopter with Rotax 914 engine.
Good results!
Airfied at 4000 ft. T°: 2°C
Pilot 100 kg, with a full tank of fuel (50 kg).
Take-off: 5550 RPM, climb rate 7 m/s at 110 km/h.
Indicated speeds: at 4800 rpm 160 km /h, / at 5200 rpm: 180 km/h.
Pitch : 23.6°
Impressions: very soft and progressive propeller. Very pleasant!
As good as the 6-blade E-Props V12 (in solo): as efficient but cheaper, easier to adjust and with the leading edges of the blades in titanium.

Yesterday, I finished the tests of the 5-blade propeller with Titanium leading edge protection on my Magni M16 gyrocopter with Rotax 914 engine.
Compared to the 4-blade (with Titanium leading edge protection), I did not notice any really convincing difference in terms of performance.
The 5-blade is more pleasant in flight with a 'smoother' rotation and less vibrations.
I had asked some colleagues to be posted on the airfield and in the lap of the runway in order to have a return on the noise.
Even if the perceptions differ from one person to another, it turns out that the 4 blades are perceived as less noisy in flight during laps. The noise is quieter and seems to spread less as the machine moves away.
Thank you for taking into account my order for a new 4 blades with Titanium leading edge protection.

This 6 blade gives very good performances on my Magni gyro.
Max speed is far better than with the 3 blade I had before.

As planned, I installed your propeller on my Magni M16, and the change is amazing compared to the Arplast!
Almost total disappearance of vibrations, no cavitation at power-up (this phenomenon had appeared after the LAD injection was installed when I had to add pitch), much quieter (in the machine and from the ground), and an incredible lengthening!
You just have to let it gain speed and then progressively reduce the rpm and the machine keeps its speed!... I gain about 200 rpm of engine rpm at the same speed compared to the Arplast.
Overall, the operation is much smoother, which my wife likes very much. The Arplast provided much more brutal ("virile"?) sensations with the surge of power brought by the injection, but this power is now better controlled by the e-Props!
We are thus very satisfied and we thank you for the quality of this propeller!
