The digital protractor must remain switched ON while measuring the pitch of all blades. If it swiches OFF, you will have to repeat the measurement for each blade, otherwise you won't be able to get the value of the gap between the blades (which must be max 0.3°).
A trick for keeping the protractor switched ON : put it in your pocket between measures. That way, as it continues to move, it won't switch OFF.

HOOK :
This tool comes with 2 hooks, one on the tool and one spare.
If you accidentally break the 2 hooks of the protractor, it is possible to make one on a 3D printer.
