E-PROPS : Range of Carbon-Titanium Adjustable Propellers for direct drive engines

Adjustable propellers in CARBON, with TITANIUM leading edge protection, with 38 lengths of carbon spacers and 15 diameters of spinners.


Models :
✗  VORPALINE => 2-blade and 3-blade, for engines with power less than 100 hp, CW rotation sense (seen in the wind made by the propeller)
✗  BELISANDRE => 2-blade and 3-blade, for engines with power less than 100 hp, CCW rotation sense (seen in the wind made by the propeller)
✗  ASCALON => 2-blade and 3-blade, for engines between 100 and 180 hp

For more than 2 years, we have been working on the design of this complete range of carbon propellers with ground adjustable pitch (2- and 3-blade) for direct drive engines. We are particularly interested in direct drive engines and the aircraft they power.

At E-Props, each new model is tested for several years before being marketed.
We have conducted tests of these new propellers. We have made good progress, but now we are very cramped in our 2,200 m² factory and it is not possible to industrialize this new range in our current premises.
We have therefore started the construction of a new 4,000 m² factory. It should be fully operational in automn 2022.
Only then will we be able to release this new range of propellers which, like all E-Props, will be extremely efficient and ultra-light.

In 2020, we have hired a test pilot, Samy Dupland, who is conducting numerous flight tests of this range of propellers. See here our team
He will be in charge of the tests of this new range. Several aircraft are already selected to be equipped with these propellers.
