I would just like to let you know we did the first tows with the Excalibur 6 on our Dragon Fly.
We are surprised about the quality of this prop. We tow solo gliders in 4 minutes up to 1000 m AGL. Also with the duo we have a remarkable gain in climb. We think we have 20 to 25% better climb abilities as with the old three blade.
And as surplus, the prop is indeed very quiet.
