AVIASUD ENGINEERING MISTRAL

Released in 1987, the AVIASUD ENGINEERING MISTRAL was one of the first ultralights with closed cockpit. It was the top-of-the-range aircraft of the time. The MISTRAL has very homogeneous flight controls which make it a very pleasant ultralight to fly.

I'm very happy with my propeller for the Mistral 582. I have to be careful not to feather the VNE. Once again, the reputation of quality and efficiency of E-Props is confirmed.

The circle is complete. I started my career in the 90s as a pilot and sales manager at AVIASUD ENGINEERING in Fréjus, on the Sirocco and the Mistral, then later on the Albatros. At that time, the Mistral was considered as a top-of-the-range ultralight, light, very thin and pleasant to fly. I keep an unforgettable memory of the flights made all over France aboard this aircraft.
AVIASUD was working with the company ARPLAST for the propellers; I took part in many test campaigns of new models of propellers on these aircraft.
I didn't know that one day my own company would manufacture propellers that would be mounted on Mistral and Albatros! Funny. (2018-05-18)
