Here is my feedback on my EUROSTAR ROTAX 100 hp, equipped with my new E-PROPS DURANDAL three blade propeller.
Setting for 5500 rpm full throttle.
Flights at an altitude of 3000 ft QNH. T° 15°C. Pressure 1019 hPa. IAS:
182 km/h at 4600 rpm
187 km/h at 4800 rpm
193 km/h at 5000 rpm
214 km/h at 5200 rpm
224 km/h at 5500 rpm
Excellent propeller, very smooth, no vibrations.

Well, it's simple: by replacing my Duc Flash with your carbon & titanium E-Prop on my Eurostar, I gained 15 km/h in speed, 300 ft/mn in climb and at least 50 m at take-off. No more vibrations and unhealthy noise when starting. In short, very satisfying. I keep this propeller.

The best performance of my EUROSTAR was obtained with this propeller. Max speed = 134 kts, not bad at all isn't it. Take off in 460 ft.

We have just made the tests of your propeller which was already installed on a Eurostar... without the corresponding identification card. These tests with a Provisional Card, will make it possible to validate this modification known as major near the DSAC-SO (French Administration).
The performances obtained at takeoff are very surprising in superiority compared to those of the Eurostar User Manual. We have made videos and the take-off distances have been well identified to within 10 meters. The ground run corrected for wind gives us 85 meters to compare to 150 meters and the passage of 15 meters in 200 meters to compare to 280 meters of the user manual.
The grass is very short on the middle of the dry, hard track used, but I think I can improve the 15 meter passing distance with a more optimized V2.

As I told you on the phone, I replaced on my Eurostar 912S 100hp the Duc Swirl 3 that was originally sold to me on the ultralight.
With the EProps, I won on all fronts. Lighter, more powerful, faster.
I just have to resell this Swirl 3, which is a correct propeller but not exceptional like the EProps (and also less pretty).

I made several tests in flight on my EUROSTAR and it is satisfactory.
I gained approximately 8 kts in cruising speed and at 70 kts in climb I am at 1180 ft/min.
The most impressive is the absence of vibration.
An unforeseen consequence:
By temperature negative I had difficulty to start because the conjunction of the cold oil, the cold engine and the pitch of the propeller caused me many problems of starting.
Indeed the rotax not having a magneto it is the number of revolutions of the starter which conditions the starting.
And oh surprise without preheating the engine I started every time.
So I am very happy with the Eprop.

Hello team. Here are the measurements I made comparing my old Woodcomp with my new E-Props with Titanium protection. Both propellers set with the same pitch.
Here are my measurements:
- propeller weight = gain of 2,2 kg because Woodcomp 4,2 kg and E-Props 2 kg.
- take-off distance: the gain is 25 m at take-off with the E-Props
- climb rate: gain of 220 ft/min with E-Props
- cruising speed: gain between 15 and 20 km/h depending on the speed
- fuel savings: about 7 to 8%.
- with the E-Props, vibrations have been significantly reduced.
- the noise, low for both propellers, is also less noticeable with E-Props (measured by overflights at 300 ft)
I am very satisfied and I will recommend your propeller to all my friends.

EUROSTAR 912S. Replacement Ivoprop variable pitch in flight by your Durandal ground adjustable pitch. Big surprise: the performances are better at takeoff + in climb + in cruise and even in maximum speed. Either my Ivoprop had a problem, but I don't believe it, or your propellers are a piece of cake!

An excellent choice for my EUROSTAR. Much better than the Woodcomp, the Fiti or even the Duc I had before. Yes I had tested a lot of models because I was looking for the right compromise. I even tested the Ivoprop of a friend, but not convinced (vibrations).
The Eprop is the best by far.

I had a Eurostar original equipment with a Klassic woodcomp propeller. I later built an e-prop with excellent results. An impressive climb rate and a much better cruising range. It's been a long time already, it's difficult for me to give values but it had transfigured the machine. I also installed a LAD injection system that, without giving much more power, neutralized vibrations at several rpm levels and made the problem of carburetor icing a thing of the past.
