On my Sportstar, I gained approx 10 knots to 100 kts @ WOT at 2500 msl. Climb remained unchanged at 1100 fpm @55 kts. My Rotax 912 ULS starts and shuts down much smoother than the Warpdrive. Very pleased.

The performance of the E-props propeller on my Sporstar has been outstanding. It has performed better than my expectations. My full throttle speed at 5500rpm when straight and level is now 110kts and my climb performance is unaffected and remains around 1100ft/min.
I like to fly with 5200rpm and at that RPM, the plane does around 100kts. Previously, my Woodcomp Kompact propeller would only provide me under 90kts at 5200rpm.
I am also still using the 2.5kg temporary ballast, as I have not yet had a chance to confirm my weight and balance limits. I expect that I will likely need to reduce the maximum luggage that I can take from 25kgs to 20kg or less when removing the ballast.
One comment with regards to the pitch measurement tool. I broke it almost immediately when I tapped with the rubber mallet on the propeller to adjust the pitch, the pitch tool fell off the propeller and shattered into pieces on the ground. You should make the 3D model available for 3D printing at home so that anyone can re-print it if they break it (the file of this part is available for free on the store. You may also consider making it from PLA instead of ABS, it will likely be much less brittle and break less easily when dropped.

Impressive this E-props Durandal-3 propeller with its Titanium protection.
Seeing the blades so thin and light, we didn't think it could give such traction on the Sportstar with its Rotax 100hp. Yet, it performs its function from takeoff to top speed.
Here is what we measured, not set at 26°:
- Takeoff in 120 m, a litte less
- Cruising speed 95 kts at 75% power
- Max speed : 120 kts
- Consumes about 5% less than the old propeller, which was a 3-blade ground adjustable pitch Woodcomp model Klassic 170, measured over 250 flight hours.
- Significantly less vibration in all speed ranges
- Weight gain: 3 kg
