E-PROPS is the only propellers manufacturer in the world to offer a contractual warranty "SATISFIED or YOUR MONEY BACK for 6 MONTHS".

6 Months Money Back Guarantee


Principle :
✗ The customer buys an E-PROPS propeller (Aircraft / Ultralights range).
✗ The customer then has 6 months to quietly try the propeller on his aircraft, in his usual environment.
✗ During these 6 months, the customer may not be satisfied or may change his mind: he can then return his E-PROPS propeller and ask for a refund.
It is a contractual guarantee.



Conditions :
✗ This clause applies exclusively to E-PROPS propellers for Aircraft / Ultralights. This warranty does not apply to E-PROPS propellers for paramotors (PLUG'n'FLY and NG-D ranges) and E-PROPS propellers for VTOL, Multicopters and Drones.
✗ This clause does not apply to propellers purchased by associations, as their governance is not very stable and their decision-makers too numerous.
✗ The E-PROPS warranty "Satisfied or Refunded 6 Months" is a contractual clause detailed in the E-PROPS GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES
✗ This clause does not apply if E-PROPS has explicitly advised against fitting the propeller chosen by the customer.
✗ To benefit from this warranty, the customer must have mounted his propeller and made the adjustment according to the indications of the E-PROPS Manuals, on the Aircraft or Ultralight, the engine and the gearbox initially planned at the time of the order; he must also have tested his propeller in flight.
✗ The customer must make sure that the propeller is approved on his aircraft before buying it. This Clause does not apply in case of refusal by the regulatory authority to approve the propeller on the aircraft.
✗ This Clause does not apply either for purely aesthetic reasons (slightly curled or not straight carbon fibers, blacker resin traces in the parts, very small translucent areas, etc.) having no mechanical consequences.
✗ The returned propeller must be in good condition, clean, with all its accessories (complete set of screws, protractor, covers, documentation... originally delivered). A damaged or destroyed propeller could not be accepted under this clause.
✗ The clause does not apply if the propeller has been modified (e.g. cut off blades) or painted. If the cone is painted, it will not be accepted under this warranty.
✗ This clause is limited to one return per customer.
✗ This warranty applies only to the original customer of the propeller. If the propeller is sold during the period of 6 months, the clause "satisfied or refunded" is no longer valid.
✗ 6 months means 182 days exactly, calculated from the date the package was shipped from E-PROPS workshops.
✗ The costs of return and insurance of the parcel are at the charge of the customer.
✗ In the event of a return, an amount will be retained by E-PROPS as a handling fee. This amount is made up of : 1/ a minimum lump sum + 2/ a percentage of the total propeller invoice.
1/ Minimum lump sum :
      - 150 Euros for the ground adjustable pitch range (DURANDAL, EXCALIBUR)
      - 400 Euros for inflight variable pitch range (GLORIEUSE)
2/ Percentage of total propeller invoice :
0.2% per day of propeller immobilization by the customer, up to a maximum of 182 days.
The number of days of downtime is calculated as follows : from the day the propeller is delivered to the customer to the day the propeller is back at E-PROPS.
