- Titanium Screws : saves 115 g (on the 3-blade version) and to check the tightening of the screws from 100h to 200h.
- Rotax drive lugs changer (the assembly of the E-Props V20 range is done without Rotax drive lugs)

We recently replaced the standard Sensenich 2-blade prop on our RV-12 with a 3-blade E-Props.
+12 KTAS and increased climb performance but that was not the end... the SMOOTHNESS was unimaginable, it feels like you're sitting in a jet or driving on a smooth highway.

I got an E-prop for my (Rotax 912ULS) RV-12 last summer to replace the original 2-blade Sensenich. I was primarily interested in reducing vibration, since the E-prop blades, hub, and spinner are dynamically-balanced at the factory. The first thing I noticed was the smoothness and lower noise. The initial pitch setting from the factory is definitely for max cruise speed. I ended up dialing it back one degree for better-than-stock climb with a 7 kt increase in cruise. E-props offers a money-back guarantee, but I'm keeping the prop.

I have done a couple of test flights now. Your prop does a very good job. Climb and cruise performance are much better than the original Whirlwind 2-blade.
It also beats the DUC Swirl-3 propeller by 3-5 kts cruise efficiency and 100-200ft climb performance.

I got around to installing the propeller and dialing it in on my Vans RV-12 and I love it! So far it has proven to be an improvement over the previous Sensenich.
If I may make a suggestion for high altitude customers: I ended up with a prop pitch of 23.9* vs the recommended starting pitch of 27*. I would recommend that customers living at or above 4500’ MSL start at 24*. I recorded data during my climb and cruise from 4473’ to 14,000’ MSL that I can provide if you are interested.

Just to let you know that we have fitted and flown with the new Eprop on our RV-12 and so far are very happy. It did catch us a little with the pitch settings as it behaves differently to my previous propeller. It seems to have this almost magic property to provide good take off rpm and cruise rpm.
