My engine was often hot on the ground in high temperatures. With this three-blade propeller the cooling is excellent even when waiting at the stop point.
Performance OK.
I am satisfied and I keep it. I will come to see you in Sisteron this summer.

Here is my opinion on the E-Props propeller for Savannah. I had a choice when I changed my propeller at the GV. I opted for E-Props on the advice of ULM Les Noyers. I am satisfied with the responsiveness and performance. The propeller does not brake on approach, it took some getting used to.

It's amazing to gain more than 5kg just by changing the propeller! And then the eprop blades are very thin but they provide a crazy traction! We are very happy to have changed and also to be eligible for the 525kg. Thanks eprop.

I have mounted the new prop on my Savannah airplane and it has transformed it into another plane. Take off is now 50% less then before and climb rate is 1500 – 1600 feet / min from 1100/1200 before. Cruise speed is about the same as it was but at lower RPM. I‘m very happy. I had the Duc Swirl prop on before setup more for cruise than take off / climb.

The extended hub is an excellent innovation. I used to have a heavy aluminum extension and now I gained 5 kg just by changing the propeller. You can see that the eprop was designed for the Savannah. The climb performance is better than what I had before and the ultralight crosses faster. I'm going to do some comparative tests but the thing is understood: I won't give you back the propeller!

Let it be said, the Aérienne du Choletais has chosen an E-Props propeller for its Savannah 912 uls.
Light, easy to mount, it allows speed and fuel savings compared to the propeller proposed by IPC on our aircraft!
The aircraft climbs to 1000ft in 26 seconds at full power and full load. 200km/h in max. speed.

The flight conditions were a little turbulent which did not allow me to evaluate the performance of my new propeller at these fair values !
I've seen a marked improvement. I need to make more flights in calm weather to confirm the final settings.

Mounting of an E-PROPS on a SAVANNAH in replacement of a DUC propeller.
With only one pitch adjustment, the DURANDAL allows to obtain :
- At takeoff and in climb: the same perfos as with the DUC when this one is set small pitch.
- Cruising : the same performances as with the DUC when it is set at large pitch.

With my savannah and an e-props, I have 5500 rpm static and 5350 in cruise, 5250 in climb.
Compared to the swirl, I gained in all areas: deco distance, acceleration in level, climb rate, cruise and Vmax. Only the consumption has not been checked for the moment.
