JUST AIRCRAFT Highlander

The Highlander is a versatile aircraft with great performance capabilities. The plane has adjustable seats and there is plenty of cargo room to haul everything you need for that hunting, fishing or cross country trip. Planes may be fitted with floats as an amphib, with wheels, or skiis for winter use.

The prop is great on my new Highlander.
I found a used plane like my old one.....even the same color ! When I bought the plane, it was in San Francisco, California. It had an Airmaster constant speed prop on it.
I flew it back to South Carolina with that prop and it was terrible! The speed of adjustment is so slow that you have to adjust throttle to keep from overspeeding the engine.
The E-PROPS GLORIEUSE is SO MUCH BETTER !

I have a good friend who keeps his Just Highlander in my shed and he decided to buy an E-Props Glorieuse (diameter 74.8 inch) and take the risk since they offer a 6-month return policy to try it out.
He sent the money and received the complete propeller in less than 30 days. I helped him install and test it.
Very impressive in terms of completeness and quality. Very confidence-inspiring.
The propeller comes with all the special tools to install it, and these are professional tools, not Chinese stuff.
A VERY complete kit for the Rotax 912ULS. It has the large-bore kit, so 115 hp.
We had it out of the box, installed, wired and running in less than a day.
Testing was an eye-opener. All you have to do is set the speed so that it's reached and maintained.
For example, we carried out static traction tests on the 74.4 inch 3-blade DUC Flash system he had, and achieved 250 lb at WOT and around 5500 rpm.
Then, later in the day, we tested the E-Props propeller at the highest engine speed (around 5670, which is all it could achieve at the lowest static pitch) and WOT, and got 375 lb !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rate-of-climb at 5750 rpm at 8000' was still over 750 fpm, much better than the 250 or so with the DUC.
