ZENAIR CH-701

First introduced in 1986, the STOL CH 701 aircraft was developed as an off-airport short take-off and landing kit aircraft to fulfill the demanding requirements of both sport pilots and first-time builders. With the STOL CH 701, designer Chris Heintz combined the features and advantages of a real airplane with the short-field capabilities of an ultralight aircraft.

Durandal is the best propeller I've used on my CH-701.
I used the 74.8 inch diameter.
The takeoff is impressive and then I improved the cruising speed, without using more fuel.
A gain of 10 kt over the Prince and 12 kt over the Warpdrive.
I appreciated the contact with the team in France. The technicians gave me good advice and helped me make my choice.
With the guarantee “I return the propeller and I'm reimbursed if I'm not happy”, for 6 months, which is enormous! I appreciated being able to try it out without risk.
I'm keeping it because I'm very satisfied.

Silence is golden... with this eprop! Compared with my old propellers (three in all), the eprop is much quieter, and that makes all the difference on my CH-701 with Rotax 912S. I can finally enjoy my flights without noise-cancelling headphones. Thank you for this revolutionary product.
