DURANDAL-3
I think some people has recently asked about the performance of the Pulsar XP 912 with an e-props propeller.
I just installed one and only flew 17min. My pitch setting seems too low , and I'll make further test and adjustements, but performance are already nice. Noise and vibrations are also lower.
Nice, I see better results with my prop. I think a little lower pitch is better than higher since they already climb so well and takeoffs are short.
I really appreciate how sturdy this DURANDAL propeller is. It's impressive, because my previous propellers weren't nearly as sturdy. The titanium part is very strong.

EXCALIBUR-2
New propeller for the Pulsar 582.
Here are some key figures:
Old propeller: GSC wood 145cm
New E-Props Carbon 165cm
Take-off run (1 person / 40L fuel / grass runway) 260 m, now 140 m ?
700fpm climp (max for gsc): 65kts now 85kts
With the new propeller, 500fpm @100kts is possible
With the new propeller, maximum climb is now around 1000fpm
Cruising: 105kts, now 122kts
All in all, a very good solution for the 582.
Ease of use (and also safety) has increased significantly.
Even high-altitude flying is improved, at FL115 you now have good climb performance enabling safer mountain flying.
