DURANDAL-3 EUROFOX
E-Props propeller ordered for a Eurofox 3K.
the Woodcomp is really too basic and no constant speed effect so not very good in terms of efficiency.
The main reason for this choice is the lightness of the propeller and cone assembly.
The Woodcomp carbon weighs 5.2 kg and with the extension of the aluminium hub with the cone, one should not be far from 6 kg.
We are at the upper limit of the moment of inertia as predicted by ROTAX.
The E-Props weighs 2.5 kg and the complete cone 510 grams, so the difference is almost 3 kg. In terms of the moment of inertia it is day and night.
I finally found the optimum setting for my E-Props, almost identical to epsilon near the recommended setting, so 22.4° for 22° recommended.
I get 5350 rpm full throttle dry with 10°C temperature and 5500 rpm full throttle in level.
I climb to 5250 rpm at 90/100 km/h which is very good and perfectly in the Rotax layout.
The performance is there, it climbs much better, it goes faster and it doesn't vibrate anymore.

DURANDAL-3 FAETA 321
The new e-prop propeller I've fitted is fabulous! Takeoff as short as with the FITI, it goes up to the trees, cruising speed: increased by at least 20 km/h! I couldn't believe my eyes: I went from 190 to 210 km/h at 5000 rpm. You can physically feel that the propeller is super light: no vibrations, reacts very quickly to rpm changes, and no "clank" at engine stop. A killer, absolutely to be recommended!

Your predictions were, alas, well-founded.
The installation of the Excalibur 6 propeller on my ELA Eclipse gyrocopter does not conform to your recommendations. The bolts are quality 8.8 instead of 10.9.
The washers are "brake" type instead of your special washers. There is no grey fibre plate. I never had the adjustment tool nor the propeller assembly manual.
As agreed in our phone conversation, I am sending you the propeller for expertise.
I would like to say that I admire your transparent handling of this situation. I have full confidence in your propellers and in your company.

I didn't think that there could be so much difference in all the flight compartments, at takeoff it pulls a lot but much stronger, me who flies a lot on short bush runways it's very reassuring, in flight a rate of climb for my part 2 times higher, a faster flight at the same engine rpm, a decrease of vibrations (really feel it), and a better cooled engine.
I've seen this in my flying environment, in Africa with outside temperatures over 40°.

When Durandal arrived and was mounted on our Tecnam P92, we enjoyed better performance:
- the shortened takeoff run;
- increased rate of climb;
- increased cruise speed;
- less noise;
- reduced engine idle;
- turning Rotax 912 100 HP off and on delicately;
- totally invisible propeller disc in flight.
This in comparison with the previous Italian two-blade GT propeller.

I've been flying Savannah S for more than 2 years, performance/consumption with E props propeller and 800 bush wheels, pilot alone :
- 120 km/h : 8l/h 4000 rpm
- 130 km/h: 9l/h 4200 rpm
- 140 km/h: 11.5 l/h 4400 rpm
- 150 km/h: 13.5 l/h 4600 rpm
- 160 km/h : 16,5l/h 4800rpm
- 170 km/h: 19l/h 5100 rpm
- Full throttle 175 km/h: 20 l/h 5500 rpm
I fly mainly at 120km/h to enjoy the landscape, my pleasure is measured in flight time and not in distance, I limit fuel costs.
For me the "reasonable" maximum cruising speed is 150km/h, to enjoy a nice autonomy.

EXCALIBUR-4 VOYAGER
In 2013, I also did a propeller comparison on my 80hp delta trike. Between Arplast, Duc and E-Props.
On my DTA Voyageur I had an original Arplast.
Being neighbour of Duc, they had the good idea to lend me a Duc Flash for tests.
And since you can try an E-Props propeller for 6 months and return it if it doesn't suit you, I was able to try the Excalibur-4.
I set the pitches so as to have a maximum speed of 5400 rpm in static.
If the Arplast takes about 100 t more with speed, the Duc loses a hundred and the Excalibur more than 200.
Only the Excalibur allowed me to exceed the VNE in level flight.
That's the one I kept.
Since then I've opted for the Excalibur-6 which is quieter and I gain a few meters at takeoff.

A little feedback with my three-blade E-prop.
Good commercial contact: no hitch, targeted technical advice, offer comes very fast.
Well-packed package. Fast shipping.
Everything is included in the package: screws, covers, adjustment tool. There are some gifts from the brand; it is appreciated.
It is necessary to be rigorous for the assembly and the adjustment. A first pitch is advised by the technical service. With a little precision you can do it.
Checking the tightness according to the instructions. The Manual is a little long to read but interesting.
Then, tests on my SKYPER GT9. I'm not a specialist, but I find the best at takeoff and climb. Above all, I don't feel any vibrations anymore and the cruising speed has increased from 10 km/h to 4800 rpm.
In conclusion, a very good experience with E-prop.

EXCALIBUR-3 SKY ARROW
Here is a summary of my experience of working with e-props :
Aircraft - Sky Arrow with Rotax 912UL - 80HP - 16 hours flying time with e-props.
1) Initial enquiry dealt with very efficiently and with high quality information
2) Order shipped on time
3) Good cooperation with the UK LAA to gain authorisation to use the prop in the UK on an LAA aircraft
4) Prop fitting instructions very clear and the digital protractor works very well
5) Just three flights required to optimise the prop pitch
6) Very low vibration level - almost none
7) Very little difference in climb rate or take off roll compared to previous ARPLAST in flight variable pitch prop but 5.5Kg lighter
8) Very resistant to stone damage - the leading edge protector works very well
9) Two technical queries answered very quickly
10) Minor damage to leading edge tape (no damage to prop) - replacement tape sent within 48 hours
In every respect I would recommend anybody considering a new prop to look at E-props. From my experience the company produces a very good prop and is very good at support and really cares about it's customers.
I look forward to seeing how well the in flight variable pitch prop performs.

DURANDAL-3 CTLS
I have installed my new propeller (Durandal 3 blade) that arrived in very good condition from France.
It was much easier to install and setup than what I thought it would be. The protractor and hook attachment that was provided worked flawlessly.
The assembly manual was easy to read and clear in the instructions as what to do.
I did the ground tests at the recommended pitch and it was exactly the good one.
I have flown approximately 25 hours with the e-PROP and I am still amazed at the difference it has made to my CTLS.
I have gained at least another 300 ft per minute climb and a good extra 8 knots in speed, compared with my old Neuform propeller. But this is not the major advantage – I cannot believe how smooth and quite this prop is. There is no vibration to speak of and I can speak to a passenger without headsets on.
Please send my compliments to the technical team who work so hard in the background to design and manufacture a magnificent product.

EXCALIBUR-6 ELA10 ECLIPSE
I've been using this propeller for 3 years and 450 hours, on 2 different Eclipse without any problem and I know a lot of pilots who are totally satisfied with it.
I have no interest in E-Props, I share my experience.
I think that this propeller should be installed by a professional and have read the installation manual which like any manual must be respected.
The adjustment and tightening were done with the adjustment tool and the studs provided by E-Props and a torque wrench respecting the tightening torque of E-Props.
This year I have made several raids for a total of nearly 8,000 km at a speed of 150 kms / h without vibration and without having to tighten the propeller during my tightening checks.
With this 6-blade E-Props propeller, my Eclipse made flights of more than 500 kms between 150 and 160 kms on average with, a regular maintenance, Mécarun C 99 in gasoline and an Averso rotor 8,70 m well adjusted and by remaining on average 25 liters of reserve in the tank, the propeller has thus its share in these performances.
This gyrocopter is to my knowledge equipped as it is, the fastest in the world over 500 to 600 kms without refueling.

The MCR4S of the NGO Pilotes Volontaires that we use has been equipped for a few months with a new Rotax 912S (instead of the 914) and an E- Prop.
This assembly made by Se.Aviation gives us satisfaction, we carry out missions of 6/8 hours off the coast of Libya thanks to the long range tanks and note a consumption of about 17l/H => or with 200l an autonomy of 12h! ( much more than our bladders ?)

Comparative tests on ULM Tetras equipped with a 2-blade DUC Windspoon propeller then equipped with a 3-blade E-Props Durandal-3 diameter 175 propeller.
Conditions => Total take-off weight : 420 Kg / T°: about 2°C / Pressure at QNH 500 m : 1023 mb / Wind on the ground about 30 Km/h at take-off / Wind on zone : 10 Km/h from north between 3000 and 6000 ft.
The significant results are voluntarily limited between 3000 ft and 5500 ft for powers corresponding to those usually used, i.e.: 4400 to 4800 RPM.
* Rate of climb between 3000 and 5500 ft at 4400 RPM => + 200 ft at 3000 ft / + 100 ft at 4000 ft / + 50 ft at 5000 ft
* Rate of climb between 3000 and 5500 ft at 4600 rpm => + 100 ft at 3000, 4000 and 5000 ft
* Rate of climb between 3000 and 5500 ft at 4800 rpm => + 50 ft at 3000 and 4000 ft / identical at 5000 ft
Indicated speeds between 3000 and 5000 ft => between 10 and 20 Km/h at all powers and all altitudes
Conclusions:
Gain between 100 and 150 ft in rate of climb especially between 3 and 4000 ft, after 5000 ft the rates of climb are about the same with both propellers.
On the other hand the indicated speeds are very clearly higher with the E-Props propeller between 10 and 15 Km/h and sometimes even approaching 20 Km/h.
We can affirm that on the Tetras the E-Props propeller is globally a little bit better in climb and above all clearly superior in cruise.

Gain between 100 and 150 ft in rate of climb especially between 3 and 4000 ft, after 5000 ft the rates of climb are about the same with both propellers.
On the other hand the indicated speeds are very clearly higher with the E-Props propeller between 10 and 15 Km/h and sometimes even approaching 20 Km/h.
We can affirm that on the Tetras the E-Props propeller is globally a little bit better in climb and above all clearly superior in cruise.

DURANDAL-3 CITIUS
A first feedback with a propeller set according to EProp data (my Duc was a priori set according to DUC data: 23° (from memory) with maximum speed at go-around of about 5,200 rpm):
- a much higher take-off power with a shorter taxi and a higher rate of climb (+200 ft/mn)
- to have the same cruising speed you need more turns than with my Duc but a priori the AP must be a little lower (consumption a little lower)
- the EProp argument with the same rotation speed in climb and cruise (full throttle) is checked
- less vibration
- a much softer stop for the gearbox.
In fixed point I have 5,500 rpm then 5,400 in initial full throttle climb and I will, in the next few days, slightly increase my step to go from 24.3 to 25 / 25.3
These data are from about 5 hours of flight with this new propeller.
EProp gives -100 rpm for + 0.6° of pitch. To be refined with additional tests.

I think I've found the right setting for my Europa XS trigear and rotax 912S. I finally set it at 24.7°.
The performances are there, the plane with its pilot plus the full tanks I get 1500 to 1600ft/mn for 80knt displayed. Knowing that the maximum slope is obtained at 60 knt on this plane. In cruise, at 4800rpm, I have 118 knt indicated at 2500ft. For info, at this same speed (eco speed) with the warp drive I had 105 knt. In level flight, full throttle, I have 5600 rpm.
In addition to the weight saving of 2.4kgs, this propeller has a really nice look.

- strong torque then with the right foot
Strong vibrations between 2000 and 2900 rpm so I also had to do a carburetor synchro, global reduction of vibrations and noise.

DURANDAL-3 A32 L2
Hi Anne, I just received formal approval from Aeroprakt for the installation of the e-prop on the A32 in compliance with ASTM LSA standards. The approval is attached below.
We were able to install and test the new E Prop. The results were fantastic for all engineering parameters!
I tried to do collect test data to provide a comparison before and after with results attached. Please note that vibration, impulse forces and noise data were simply recorded with apps on the panel mounted iPad. Thus would suggest the data provides relative rather than aboslute data for the two props.
We tried to ensure that the flight conditions (gross weight, temperature, winds, etc) were also similar for the test flights. The results were very impressive.
Anne, the only issue that has come up is that we have observed some fading on what is assumed to be the protective clear coat finish on the blades and spinner. [it was this has been solved with a light polish]

Concerning the propeller mounted on a Rotax 100 hp ULS :
At takeoff, a power equal or even superior to a 914 turbo!
In climb, more than 1000 ft/min and it keeps pushing!
In cruise, gain of 600 rpm for the same speed performance.
In short, a real pleasure which, in addition, considerably reduces fuel consumption.

First impressions :
- much lower rpm at start up (1400 rpm) and without vibrations !
- more pleasant noise and lower decibel level
- higher take-off thrust at lower maximum rpm (5300 rpm) and impressive climb rate (vario at 5 m/s)
- reduction to 4800 rpm at 500 feet and levelling.
- full throttle and rev counter goes up to 5600 rpm! A little too much... pitch adjustment ?
- at 4500 rpm, the landing is maintained without touching the throttle.
I'm going to do a few hours of flight with this setting and I'll try a pitch setting at 18°6 for comparison.
Anyway, very impressed by the changes generated by the performance of this propeller!

E-Props Durandal 100 vs DUC Swirl COMPARE on Savannah
Savannah Africa conducted a test on the E-Props Durandal 100 M to compare performance with the DUC Swirl on the Savannah S in order to establish which prop gives the better results.
ADVANTAGES OF EACH :
=> E-PROPS DURANDAL 100
1) The E-Props Durandal is lighter with lower mass moment inertia.
2) The E-Props is easier to set up the pitch more accurately. No knurling on the prop root.
3) The E-Props does not have an aluminium collar so is less susceptible to corrosion in a coastal environment.
4) The E-Props has a much longer time to inspection (2000 hrs as opposed to 800 hrs on the DUC Swirl)
5) The E-Props is smoother running requiring no balancing.
6) The E-Props results in a 13% shorter take off roll.
7) E-Props are a pleasure to do business with.
=> DUC SWIRL
1) The DUC Swirl is a more robust "looking" propeller more suited to a "Bush plane".
2) The DUC can be removed from the aircraft without having to reset the pitch [it is no more the case with the E-PROPS V20]
In conclusion we would say that the E-Props Durandal is the better propeller.

Product arrived safely, checked, assembled, ground and flight tested the same day.
Since testing in calm weather in the morning.
1st observation : it goes much faster than 4.800 rpm than with the EVRA, at the maximum continuous rotation speed of 5.500 rpm, the speed is slightly higher than 260 kmh, not bad for an 80hp.
No vibrations except below 2400rpm; although light.
So I'm delighted.
Small downside, the setting of the blades is laborious, it is almost impossible to be precise to within 0.1°, as the camera is so sensitive. Then the tightening systematically modified the tightening of one of the 3 blades, and always the same one. I still managed to obtain : 25.7/25.7/25.8

Yesterday afternoon, 7pm, temperature 27 C, airfield at 1500 ft in grass. Pitch 24.2
Tecnam P2002 SIERRA, 100hp, full tank (100L), only PIC.
Fixed point 5600 rpm, take off 5700 until rotation at 80 km/h (in about 150 mt.), at 120 km/h the rpm descend AUTOMATICALLY at 5400 WOT. Very strange sensation...
Like in flight variable pitch when I manually increase....
Climb 1100 ft/min at 125 km/h !!!!
WOT level flight 5700 rpm at 2500 ft, cruise 5000 185 km/h , 24.5 MAP. Cruise 5200 200 km/h , 25.5 MAP.

For the gyroplane it's party time this weekend, after a decoration yesterday, today it has been equipped with a new 6-blade E-Props Excalibur propeller marketed by HELICES E-PROPS.
On the ground, the sound is pleasant, less vibration and the thrust is there with about 30% gain.
In flight, it is fluid and pleasant, the gain is about 5 km/h. to be checked after further tests.
The assembly and setting instructions are well written. no particular worries, you just have to be meticulous on the setting.
The take-off thrust is impressive. and according to colleagues on the ground, the sound is much more pleasant. so less nuisance for local residents.
In conclusion that happiness.

I must say I'm impressed with the quality of your propellers!
As I told you I had a 2-blade propeller of a competitor's brand that I weighed 3.5kg when I took it apart. Your 3-blade weighs only 2.5 kg! Already a gain of 1kg!
Then the tests are irrevocable: with yours I take off in less than 150m, I climb to more than 1100 ft/min, I cross at 240 km/h. My Skylane is a real BOMB! I have to reduce not to go to the VNE!
I also noticed that with yours at the time of the engine shutdown there is no more 'clanc' when the propeller stops abruptly.

EXCALIBUR-4 REVO
This is is my Revo with brand-new e-Prop propeller.
It's amazing.
Larry Mednick (EVOLUTION TRIKE) had told me to expect significantly increased thrust and monumentally smoother rotation (in particular, as compared to the two-blade Sensenich).
He was not kidding.
Smooth, yes. Very, very velvety smooth.
In fact, even starting and stopping the engine, because of the much decreased inertia content (I did not weigh or check specs to compare, but it feels like this assembly weighs one-third as much), there is far less jerking around as felt from the cockpit seat.
But in regard to thrust addition, it's practically out of this world.
With the Sensenich prop, Rival wing and 100 hp 912, the tendency at takeoff is the wing automatically wants to pitch high and (at least absent fighting it by pulling in pretty hard) you instantly go into a very steep and rapid climb.
This lasts for 2 to 3 seconds (maybe less; it always seems like these transitions consume more time than they really do), then the momentum kind of gives up, the nose drops down, and the climb is suddenly much more sedate.
With this e-Prop, I was amazed on the first takeoff. That steep climb just kept holding, and holding, and holding. It did not want to let go.
e-Props are made in France. They look like jewelry. They even have a characteristic which makes them almost like a variable-pitch prop at cruise.
Those Frenchies have done something amazing.

EXCALIBUR-4 COMBO
I was also seduced by the principle of "satisfied or reimbursed for 6 months".

The propeller of my delta trike having more than 1000h, I wanted to try the Excalibur as well as another one graciously lent by a manufacturer.
The pitch of my original propeller was set to have a maximum static rpm of 5400t. (912 80hp)
I've got the other two on the same diet. With the original propeller, as soon as I took off, I would gain a hundred more revolutions.
With the borrowed propeller, I was losing 100 rpm. With the Excalibur, almost 200.
I don't know the reason for the loss of towers, as the take-off distance is about the same.
But the Excalibur is the only one that makes me turn on my VNE light, set at 160 km/h, in full level flight. And I noticed a significant decrease in vibration at cruising speed. The Excalibur is also the lightest.
But it's not the quietest on my trike. <
Since then, I've been riding a 100hp and swapped the Excalibur-4 for a Excalibur-6 (6-blade E-Props propeller) to shorten the takeoff distance. How wonderful!

- Take-off : shorter ( about 50 meters less)
- Climb speed at full throttle 100 km/h: 1200 ft/min instead of 1000 ft/min
- Level at 2000 Ft QNH :
- 4800 t : 172km/h with 13,5l/h instead of 175 KM/h at 15l/h
- 5000t : 178 km/h with 15l/h instead of 178km/h (no change) and a consumption of 16,5l/h
- full throttle (5700 t/m): 200 km/h and 22 l/h instead of 192 km/h (consumption not measured).
The speeds are therefore slightly higher and the consumption (read and averaged on the flow meter) is slightly lower.
- Vibrations and noise: better than the Duc flash.
The E props propeller is therefore significantly more efficient than the 2-blade Duc Flash.

DURANDAL-3 TRIAL
My first objective was a shorter take-off. Widely achieved with 23.5°. I can't give comparative distance figures because the grass is a bit high but without wind, it's already spectacular with a go-around at 5500 rpm, without the inertia of the wood propeller. As for cruising, I gain 10 km/h at 4800 holes. A first setting with a larger pitch gave me a gain of 20 km/h, but I preferred to focus on takeoff. And indeed better rate of climb. And the trim is a little more stressed. The Trial's wide speed range is a delight, especially with a reactive propeller.

During our stay in Aspres during a gliding course, we made a comparative test with two WT9.
The goal was to see the difference between a Woodcomp propeller of the WT 9 from Serres (variable pitch) and ours.
On the real time comparative video (Aspres / Buëch, April 2016), our tugboat is on the right.
As the pilot, I can tell you this:
At the "pullout" we're pretty much the same.
On the taxi before takeoff, I pass slightly ahead.
We take off at the same speed, but quickly I gain altitude because I am faster than him.

Tested in MTOW conditions on asphalt runway and the result is absolutely astonishing:
- Take off in 130 mt;
- Climb rate stands at approximately 1400 ft/m - 130 km/h IAS

I'd like to make a contribution by recounting my experience using an e-propeller with a ROTAX 912s on my brand-new Sparviero I picked up in Italy and flew back.
In another post, I said I was doing 120 miles an hour at 5000 rpm at 3000 feet. My propeller was throttled up to 25 degrees with the tool provided by e-prop.
This stall has given me the satisfaction of taking off from a variety of loaded, heavily laden terrains.
Indeed I had 230 km/h at 5000 rpm but almost impossible to take more revolutions when cruising.
It was at the urging of a pilot who wanted at least 5,500 rpm on the run, that I changed the setting to 22 degrees.
So I actually have more laps at takeoff (5300 rpm) but at 5000 rpm I fell to 200 km/h.
I don't feel like I gained any takeoff distance from the 25-degree setting. I don't feel like I gained any takeoff distance from the 25-degree setting.
It's the actual propeller pull that matters. I'm fine with 230 kilometers per hour at 5000 rpm, so I'm going to put it back down to 80. I'll put the throttle back on.
Now we're in the real world!

I had an ARPLAST variable pitch propeller on my Pioneer 300. It broke down so I looked for another propeller. DURANDAL-3 SPARVIERO
The elements and the technique are evolving, especially with regard to the propellers. I have an e-props propeller on my sparviero and I CONFIRM that in level flight the rpm is lower than the take-off rpm (5500 rpm) at the moment. I know it's a bit confusing, it's due to the 'constant speed' profile of this type of propeller. In my previous setting I did not have 5500 rpm at takeoff, I had less and I could not get more than 5000 rpm in level, but I had 230 km/h at 5000 rpm at 3.000 feet Temperature 15°. Since then I have been able to test my aircraft, its 912s and my e-props in very different and new conditions for us: from 0 to 12,000 feet, from +15° to -15° in search of a climb, cruising for more than 1500 kms, taking off on hard ground and on dry or really wet grass, alone or with two strong guys like me + fuel + luggage. For me, having 230 km/h at 5000 rpm suits me very well, making a speed record at 5800 rpm for 3 min is not interesting. That said, I am not able to give you my intake pressure, even if my installation provides such a measurement, this function is not operational for the moment. As for the consumption, coming from the plane: it will always be less than equal punctures!

DURANDAL-3 SAVANNAH
Mounting of an E-PROPS on a SAVANNAH in replacement of a DUC propeller.
With only one pitch adjustment, the DURANDAL allows to obtain :
- At takeoff and in climb: the same perfos as with the DUC when this one is set small pitch.
- Cruising : the same performances as with the DUC when it is set at large pitch.

Here are my results on my Zephyr:
PA: 26 at 4800 rpm
PA: 27 at 5500 rpm
PA: 24 at 4300 rpm

4000 rpm : 180 km/h
4500 rpm : 210 km/h
4800 rpm : 225 km/h
5000 rpm : 240 km/h
5500 rpm : 260 km/h
Max in beam: 5600 rpm : 265 km/h
Decorating distance almost identical to the wood-comp but with the E-Props I gain in climbing and cruising speed of 20 Km/h with the same engine speed.

DURANDAL-3 CTSW
I'm very happy with my propeller!
I gained at least 15 km/h by changing my Neuform. And at the same time I take off shorter. I have gained at least 300 ft in climb! And what comfort! The stop of the Rotax is much softer. So I keep it!

EXCALIBUR-3 M16 TRAINER
As planned, I installed your propeller on my Magni M16, and the change is amazing compared to the Arplast!
Almost total disappearance of vibrations, no cavitation at power-up (this phenomenon had appeared after the LAD injection was installed when I had to add pitch), much quieter (in the machine and from the ground), and an incredible lengthening!
You just have to let it gain speed and then progressively reduce the rpm and the machine keeps its speed!... I gain about 200 rpm of engine rpm at the same speed compared to the Arplast.
Overall, the operation is much smoother, which my wife likes very much. The Arplast provided much more brutal ("virile"?) sensations with the surge of power brought by the injection, but this power is now better controlled by the e-Props!
We are thus very satisfied and we thank you for the quality of this propeller!

We received the propeller yesterday and mounted it on a P-92 100HP.
We are very happy with the incredible performance of your propeller! To give you an idea, at 4.500 RPM we have a speed of 100 Kn/h. and at 5000 RPM we have a speed of 120 Kn/h.

First flight today, in Grenoble, with my MCR ULC 80 HP equipped with its new DURANDAL 80 S.
I had a bad conscience to be unfaithful to my beautiful EVRA but after this flight I don't feel like it anymore: my DURANDAL and I are going to do great things together...!

EXCALIBUR-4 MOTO DU CIEL
This 4-blade propeller with different angle between the blades is very quiet on my Moto Du Ciel which is a bit noisy. And it's pushing hard.

DURANDAL-3 MCR ULC
On my MCR ULC equipped with a rotax 100hp, I have installed an E Props propeller since the end of July; it is the Durandal 100 S 1.60m.
I used to have a 3-blade 1.60m Woodcomp, rather set at high pitch.
It's really bluffing.
I won on all levels: short takeoff, high cruising speed (a good 240 to 5000 rpm), it is light (less than 3 kg) and very flexible on the engine = no couplings.
We must be close to the performances of the ARPLAST PV 50.
Note that the E-Props is only worth 1800 € against 5000 € for the PV 50.

I must confess that I didn't believe in your commercial arguments - but with the money-back guarantee I wasn't taking any risks - and I was curious to see what your approach, so different from the competition, was like. Your blades are so thin - it's amazing.

DURANDAL-3 A22 L2
On my A22 used in society for first flights, I see the difference compared to the Kievprop and also to the Duc I had before.
I consume about 8% less fuel and the rate of climb is 300 ft better. The propeller is very solid on the pebbled runway.
You just have to glue the hook of the instrument better (it comes off). [the model of digital protractor has been modified since]

DURANDAL-3 MCR SPORTSTER
The propeller suitable for the SPORTSTER is the 155 cm diameter DURANDAL-3 with adjustable pitch on the ground.
The test results are equivalent to those obtained with an ARPLAST PV50 Constant Speed propeller.
Perfect balancing. Weight propeller + cone + fasteners = 3,3 kg
Climbing rate: alone on board, I have 1600 ft/min, two with a 100 kg passenger, we have 1000 ft/min.
At 250 km/h, consumption = 16 l/h.
