I am delighted with Glorieuse propeller on my Jodel D11 uls Rotax 912S. Take-off is very short, even at 7,000 ft. Rate of climb 1800 ft/min. I gain 15 km/h in cruise. I achieve an indicated speed of 170 km/h at 4300 rpm and intake pressure of 24.

This Glorieuse propeller is simply incredible on the Alpha Trainer !
At 5100 rpm, cruising speed is 115 kt / 213 km/h (MAP 25).
I gain 50 m at rolling, 250 ft/min of rate-of-climb and over 20 kt / 35 km/h cruising speed at 5000 rpm !
The Glorieuse propeller with spinner weighs 0.9 lb / 400 g less than the Pipistrel 2-blade wooden propeller.
The engine is much quieter, with much less vibration, so the lexan doors don’t shake at all.
The Alpha Trainer with Glorieuse is now another plane.

DYN AERO MCR 4S
I've just fitted a Glorieuse to my 4s rotax 914.
I had an e-prop durandal at high pitch, so take-off and climb performance was a bit sluggish.
With the Glorieuse, I'm back to fantastic take-off and climb performance, taking off at 700 kg in 180m, climbing at 800ft/min at max continuous and 160 K/H for 10 min as requested in the test flight program. With the 914, I kept this climb rate for the whole 10 min, and no CHT or oil overheating.
Engine cooling is no longer a problem, as it sometimes was with the Durandal.
Cruising speed of 220 K/H at 75%, as with the Durandal, which was stalled at high pitch, so it's normal.
The empty weight is now 368 kg (+1.4 kg), with the center of gravity at 22%.
I did the assembly in Sisteron at e-prop, (more or less 6 hours of work) and the test flight also in Sisteron, with a ground temperature of 24 degrees.

Owner of a 170cm Durandal propeller which I was already very satisfied with, I decided to offer me the 'glorious' one. The contact with Samy was perfect from the beginning, he knew how to answer all my requests to prepare and assist me in the installation of the propeller. The packaging is perfect! everything is there...even some tools to allow the installation of the propeller!
My aircraft being a CNSK (europa XS trigear), it is the administrative side with the DSAC which will have been the most complicated... ah the French administration! But once again the help and the precious support of Mrs Lavrand and her team will have been precious. The famous documents in my possession, I proceeded to the installation...a child's play! No bad surprises.
This propeller is remarkable, it is a work of Goldsmith, neat, beautiful technology with a premium look. The performances are at the rendezvous with the exploitation of the rotax 100cv in all the range of speed, where I had 5200rpm max in rise, I have from now on the 5800 then 5500tr.
Of course, now the take-offs are much shorter, the climb rates in strong growth, the speed gain in cruise is about 10knt. But we can also note higher descent rates without 'hitting' the speeds and good surprise... an improved cooling during taxiing, waiting and climbing. The first long flights show a non-negligible gain in consumption.
In short, I feel like I have a new plane. Thank you E-Props and good continuation!

I had the opportunity to test for the first time the new Glorieuse constant speed propeller that I mounted on my Tecnam P92 MK2.
The test took place 'fully loaded' - two pilots (about 85 kg each) and a full tank of fuel (about 80 kg) - on a day with a temperature of 10 degrees and a light rain.
I am very pleased with the performance, especially on take-off, where the possibility of having a minimum pitch greatly improves the performance, allowing to take-off from the ground with confidence, even on a 'short' 400 meters runway like ours.
It seems to me an excellent product and I hope it will be successful in Italy too.

The performance is better az E-prop 4 bld fixed (also good prop).

I fly 4800 RPM and 20 liter per hr 175 km/h....same speed 4 bld needs 24-25 liters per hr.
If can be constant bigger ( 200 cm), will stronger for stol plane

TL ULTRALIGHT STING
We have finished testing our new Glorieuse constant speed propeller on the Sting.
In one word: impressive.
To compare, we had the original PowerMax Sport Aircraft constant speed propeller made by TL Ultralight. It has a diameter of 175 cm. It weighs 10.5 kg + the spinner dia 235 mm 800 g, that is a total of 11.3 kg. The pitch adjustment range is 10°.
The Eprop Glorieuse has the same diameter of 175 cm, and only 4 kg for the whole propeller + 230 mm spinner system. It is extremely impressive. The carbon parts have a beautiful design. Pitch amplitude 16°.
The first impression is the feeling of being pulled off the ground when you put the throttle on. Then a reactivity between big pitch and small pitch (2,7 sec !). A smoothness of use.
On the performance side: we gain at least 40 meters of rolling at takeoff, 500 ft/min in rate of climb and 12 km/h in max speed, and 7,3 kg payload.
A success on all points.
The only thing left to do is to connect the standard pitch control instead of the regulator (but you get used to it very quickly). I believe that this is under development in the design office. And then, this propeller will be just PERFECT.
Congratulations to the Eprop team for this significant advance in the world of propellers for ultralights.

Blackwing pulverizes the 400 km/h !
The little jewel, all carbon, after a first appearance in 2015, made a remarkable return to Blois (French air show) last year, in a top level configuration, including retractable landing gear, Rotax 912S 100 hp injection engine, E-Props inflight variable pitch propeller Glorieuse, Garmin G3X full glass cockpit. It was the Blackwing 600RG model, intended for the French market with a maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of 525 kg.
At the AERO 22 show, the European version 635RG was presented, with an MTOW increased to 600 kg and especially a Rotax 915iS. With this engine block providing 40% more power, the Blackwing reached the incredible speed of 413 km/h ! Without any chauvinism, let’s bet that if the machine (Swedish) and the engine (Austrian) are for a lot, the propeller (French) is not for nothing. The Glorieuse, which was presented for the first time at AERO, also breaks a record in terms of weight: 4 kg for the complete system, including the propeller but also the spinner , the pitch control and the control box !

I'm very happy with this variable pitch Glorieuse. I used to have a Durandal on my Bristell. I enjoy taking off shorter. And otherwise it's great quality eprop.

My MCR with Glorieuse = the best performance ever, very light propeller, very reactive, no vibrations, a flexibility of use never equalled, and it brakes on approach. I like it and my MCR too!

In summary I can say that it is better everywhere. Shorter takeoffs. Climb with very good vario from 1500ft/mn to 180 km/h. Cruising speed superior to the Durandal.
Less stress on the gearbox due to its lightness.
Less expensive than the woodcomp.
I really enjoyed my stay in Sisteron. The professionalism and kindness of your teams are real assets for your company. Thank you for your welcome.
